My kitchen?
Yes, that is the whole idea. The session happens in your kitchen, with your oven, your hob and your utensils, which is exactly why what you learn is repeatable. You do not need a big kitchen. If two people can stand at the counter, it works.
What do I need?
Whatever you use every day: a hob, an oven, a sink and a bit of counter space. I bring the ingredients. If your kitchen is missing something we need, I will have a back-up in the car.
How many of us can join the session?
Up to 2 people for a cooking session. The price is for the session, not per head, so it costs the same whether you cook on your own or with someone. The Apéro is for 2 to 6 people: €99 for two, then €29 per extra person.
Can I give a session as a present?
Yes, and it is one of the most popular reasons people get in touch. Gift vouchers are valid for a year, and the person receiving it picks the menu and the date. Popular for birthdays, anniversaries and Christmas presents for those who already have everything.
Do I need to speak French?
Not at all. Sessions are taught in English. If you do want to practise, the Cook in French option runs the whole session in French at whatever level suits you, and I also teach conversational French lessons on their own, at home or online.
Allergies, vegetarian, vegan?
Any specific requests, let me know! Most dishes are self-explanatory but if in doubt, get in touch.
